Justin Randall Timberlake est né le 31 janvier 1981 à Memphis, dans le Tennessee. Ses parents divorcent quand il est petit garçon. Il est découvert à l'âge de 12 ans alors qu'il passe une audition pour présenter le Mickey Mouse Club.

Le petit garçon et sa mère déménagent alors pour Orlando. Il reste deux ans dans l'émission pour enfants. Il y fait la connaissance de Christina Aguilera et de celle qui deviendra des années plus tard sa petite amie : Britney Spears. Le groupe N'Sync, qui s'est formé en 1995, était déjà sur les rails quand le Mickey Mouse Club prend fin.

Le premier album éponyme du groupe qui sort en 1998 est un succès notamment grâce au single I Want You Back. L'opus s'est classé numéro deux des ventes en Angleterre. En 2000, les N'Sync changent de maison de disques pour Jive Record. L'album No Strings Attached sort en mars 2000 et s'écoule à plus de deux millions d'exemplaires dès la première semaine. Le suivant s'intitule Celebrity et est disponible dans les bacs en juillet 2001. Les membres du groupe s'accordent alors une pause.

Justin Timberlake profite de ce break pour faire ses premiers pas en solo. Il sort son premier album solo, Justified, en novembre 2002. Son premier single s'intitule Like I Love You.

Côté coeur, il est réputé pour être un tombeur et se montre, depuis sa rupture avec Britney Spears, aux côtés de nombreuses autres charmantes jeunes femmes telles que Janet Jackson, Alyssa Milano,Kylie Minogue et dernièrement Cameron Diaz.

Un certain nombre de chansons figurant sur l'album solo du jeune chanteur américain ne lui étaient pas destinées à l'origine.

D'après Pharell Williams des Neptunes, un groupe de producteurs très prisé dans l'industrie de la musique, Justin Timberlake aurait hérité de certains titres qui avaient été initialement produits pour Michael Jackson. Les Neptunes aimeraient d'ailleurs travailler avec ce dernier sur un prochain album.

L' histoire du Neptunes commence lorsque Pharrell Williams et Chad Hugo se rencontre au lyçée dans l' Etat de Virginie aux Usa. Ils sont tous les deux passionnés de la musique en général et de la production musicale en particulier. Ils ont donc commençé à travailler ensemble, en mixant les extraits sonores.
En 1994 alors qu' ils étaient encore amateurs, ils ont été découvert par le producteur Teddy Riley. Teddy Riley qui venait d' ouvrir ses studios d' enrregistrement près de leur école a reconnu leur mérite et talent et les a immédiatement embauchés.
Sous la direction de Teddy Riley, le Neptunes a produit un premier album en 1994, c' était le premier album des BlackStreets.

En 1997, The Neptunes a eu l' important travail de produire un morceau de l' album de Ma$e titré "Harlem World". Suite au succès incontesté de cet album, la réputation du Neptunes s' est fait rapidement ressentir dans le milieu Hip Hop. Beaucoup d' autres rappeurs avaient alors aimé la qualité de la production du Neptunes. Les artistes tels que Jay Z et Mc Lyte ont commençé par la suite à demander les services de Pharrell Williams et Chad Hugo.

C'est le Neptunes qui est derrière les morceaux tels que :
"I m a slave 4 u" de Britney Spears.
"Shake yo Ass" de Mystikal
"Hot in Here" de Nelly
"Girlfriend" du *Nsync.

En 2002, Pharrell et Hugo ont été rejoint par un nouveau membre, leur ancien camarade de classe nommé Shay Haley. Ils ont crée un groupe de chanteur appelé N*E*R*D , puis ils ont sorti leur propre album titré "In Search Of".
Toujours en 2002, le travaille du Neptunes a été reconnu par le magazine The Source qui les a decerné le titre de Meilleurs Producteurs de l' année 2002.

Aujourd' hui, le Neptunes est incontournable dans la production musicale. Rendons nous compte que le Neptunes a produit 8 chansons de l' album de Justin Timberlake titré "Justified". Né le 22 Octobre 1968 à Kingston en Jamaique, Orville Richard Burrell est plutôt connu sous le surnom Shaggy. Il est l'un des rares qui ont décidément mis le Reggae de New York sur la carte du monde. Après avoir passé 17 ans en Jamaique le pays de Bob Marley, Shaggy va aux Etas Unis où il s'engage dans l'armée. Ce brillant soldat devient Marines de l'armée américaine á 19 ans et est envoyé combattre á la guerre du Golf. Les années passées dans l'armée la plus "dévastatrice" du monde lui étaient difficile qu'il décida de s'orienter vers sa passion :La musique.
Le succès de shaggy commence en 1993 lorsqu' il sort son 1er album "Pure Pleasure" avec comme hit, le morceau "Oh Carolina" qui devint l'un des meilleurs morceaux en Angleterre. Cette même chanson " Oh Carolina" fût aussi classé 1er dans le classement Hit-parade de 9 autres pays d'europe, et 11 d'afrique et aussi, présent partout où le Reggae se vendait.
En 1995, il refait surface dans les classements Hit parade avec le single "In The Summertime" et surtout "Boombastic" qui a été titré disque d'OR aux Etas Unis en 1995.

Sean Paul est né le 8 Janvier 1973 dans la ville de Kingston, en Jamaïque, il est un DJ au début puis un chanteur de Reggae. Son vrai nom est Sean Paul Henriques. Ses origines raciales sont mixtes, un mélange d'origine africaine, européenne et chinoise. Sa mère est une célèbre peintre Jamaïcaine-Chinoise. Son père est Jamaïcain-Portuguais.
Lorsqu'il avait 13 ans, sa mère lui a offert un piano avec lequel il essayait déjà de composer certains rhytmes qu'il écoutait á la radio. Sean Paul était un bon sportif, il jouait au water-polo. Il a même eu à réprésenter la Jamaïque lors des compétitions internationales de water-polo en 1989 et en 1991.
C'est en 1996 que Sean Paul sort son premier single titré Baby Girl . Sean affirme que le chanteur de reggae Shabba Ranks a beaucoup influencé son style. Entre autre, il remercie beaucoup les autres musiciens qui ont pu l'aider en l'invitant sur scène.
Après avoir eu du succès en Jamaïque, Sean Paul est allé continuer sa carrière aux Usa.
En 1999, le succès de Sean s' annonçait déjà car il a collaboré avec la superstar du rap Dmx pour la bande originale du film "Belly".
Son 1er album titré "Stage One" est sorti en 2000.
En 2002, Sean a sorti son 2ème album titré "Dutty Rock"
